We are looking for Senior Manager, Inside Sales who can establish and drive inside sales team.
Lead a team of inside sales managers and executives. The role will also involve ~70% of individual contribution
Cold call, make multiple outbound calls to potential clients to setup
Follow up with the clients and record all activities in the internal CRM
Establish targets and work to achieve the same
Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
Set up the team and identify new hires
Plan training sessions for the new joinees
We are looking for someone who has:
3+ years of experience in inside sales
Experience in establishing and handling a team
Experience in dealing with pressure to meet aggressive deadlines
Experience in setting up and working on sales CRM tools
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals and targets
Good analytical and communication skills
Strong work ethic, great attitude, and an eagerness to learn
Strong time management skills

Exposure in FnB domain
