UrbanPiper offers an integration layer that powers the operational efficiency of 1000’s of restaurants across India for selling online through their own white-labeled platform or any of the leading food aggregator platforms — Swiggy, Zomato, UberEats, Foodpanda, Scootsy, etc.

At present, we are processing nearly 2 million transactions every month. By the end of this year, we will be growing this number to 10 million. The most defining aspects of our work relate to — consistency, reliability, scalability and agility. We make use of a wide variety of technologies and process significantly large amounts of data on a daily basis. 


We are looking for Head, Channel Partnerships who can strategize, establish and maintain relationships with the channel partners.


You will:

  • Set up processes for all the internal function and updating the same whenever required

  • Proactively come up with new strategies for scale-up

  • Establish targets and work to achieve the same

  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance, and sales metrics

  • Identify and work on new geographies

  • Set up the team and identify new hires

  • Plan training sessions for the new joiners


We are looking for someone who has:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Experience in establishing and handling a team

  • Experience in dealing with pressure to meet aggressive deadlines

  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals and targets

  • Good analytical and communication skills

  • Strong work ethic, great attitude, and an eagerness to learn

  • Strong time management skills


Nice to haves:

  • Exposure in FnB/SaaS domain
