UrbanPiper offers an integration layer that powers the operational efficiency of 1000’s of restaurants across India for selling online through their own white-labeled platform or any of the leading food aggregator platforms — Swiggy, Zomato, UberEats, Foodpanda, Scootsy, etc.
At present, we are processing nearly 2 million transactions every month. By the end of this year, we will be growing this number to 10 million. We make use of a wide variety of technologies and process significantly large amounts of data on a daily basis.
We are looking for Project Managers who would be responsible for working with enterprise restaurant brands from kickoff to launch, managing the client relationship throughout the online ordering project cycle. The Project Manager would be responsible to articulate and implement a complete project plan constituting requirement elicitation, setting scope and expectation of the degree of customisation of the project, analysing the working of the APIs involved through initial payload testing, working closely with the internal team members (developers, ACM, integration specialists), risk mitigation, regular updates and addressal of queries from all external parties involved, providing sign-off to the development and testing and deployment sign-off. In addition, a Project Manager is expected to deliver on the number of orders to be clocked on the UrbanPiper platform and scaling of all the outlets within the scope of the project.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, have a focus on providing great hospitality, and enjoy taking the initiative to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
Liaise between customers, internal departments, and partners to provide clear and accurate project plans and deployment documentation to customers.
Work with Operations to compile detailed onboarding documentation.
Lead onboarding conversations with customers and help navigate customers through the deployment and onboarding process.
Report weekly progress on customer statuses and assist in troubleshooting issues impeding a launch.
Document accurate and complete customer details in our CRM software.
Ensure customers receive optimum levels of service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify areas for process improvement or gaps in existing documentation and document/share learnings with the team.
Work in tandem with the Operations Management team to ensure a seamless transition following customer launch.
Export data from various tools and analyze/evaluate trends, compiling data for reports.

3 - 5 years of experience in Project Management.
