UrbanPiper offers an integration layer that powers the operational efficiency of 1000’s of restaurants across India for selling online through their own white-labelled platform or any of the leading food aggregator platforms — Swiggy, Zomato, Foodpanda, Scootsy, etc.
At present, we are processing nearly 2 million transactions every month. By the end of this year, we will be growing this number to 10 million. The most defining aspects of our work related to — consistency, reliability, scalability and agility. We make use of a wide variety of technologies and process significantly large amounts of data on a daily basis.
We are looking for Onboarding Managers who would be responsible for assisting a merchant from the point of agreement closure to go-live on our platform.
Understand the product in-depth.
Work with merchants to understand requirements and set them up accordingly.
Work with different internal and external teams and stakeholders to streamline merchant on-boarding.
Understand problem statements from merchants and provide effective solutions.
Identify areas for process improvement, or gaps in existing documentation and share learnings with the team.
Verify catalogues, interact with aggregators, POS’, and other 3rd party vendors to get the merchant setup on our platform.
We are looking for someone who has:
An ability to clearly and tactfully articulate problems and resolutions.
Analytical thinking to understand catalogue structures to implement them in the best way possible.
Good intrapersonal skills to be able to interact and effectively communicate with merchants and other 3rd parties.
Good proficiency with spreadsheets.
The capability of working independently and collaborating with different functions within Operations.
Ability to solve problems by utilizing tools/resources used internally.
Self-motivation and quick learning skills.
Nice to haves:
Worked in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Freshdesk, Github, Postman, and Kibana.
