With our offering restaurants can manage/automate their online presence be it on their own websites/apps or any of the leading food delivery platforms Zomato, Deliveroo, Talabat, HungerStation, Jahez etc. in the simplest manner.
At present, we are processing nearly 3 million transactions every month and partnered with 12,000+ restaurants across India and the Middle East. The most defining aspects of our work is related to — consistency, reliability, scalability and agility. We make use of a wide variety of technologies and process significantly large amounts of data on a daily basis.
We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist who would be responsible for penetrating into the new connects at the brands and initiating the discussions.
What you will do:
● Research about potential brands in the region and get the right connection.
● Cold call, make multiple outbound calls to potential clients to set up meetings/demo.
● Reach out to potential clients via social media channels.
● Qualify the lead, before handing it over to the team.
● Record all the activities in the internal CRM.
● Attend the leads (reach out) which are flowing through various inbound channels.
● Keeping yourself informed of the various development/ changes in the F&B market in the region.
We are looking for someone who has:
● 0 to 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably B2B Sales.
● Capability to understand client’s requirements and suggest the best optimum
● Experience in dealing with pressure to meet aggressive deadlines.
● Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals and targets.
● Good communication and analytical skills.
● Fluent in English.
Nice to haves:
● Exposure in FnB/ Saas domain
