UrbanPiper offers an integration layer that powers the operational efficiency of 1000’s of restaurants across India for selling online through their own white-labeled platform or any of the leading food aggregator platforms — Swiggy, Zomato, UberEats, Foodpanda, Scootsy, etc.

At present, we are processing nearly 2 million transactions every month. By the end of this year, we will be growing this number to 10 million. The most defining aspects of our work related to — consistency, reliability, scalability and agility. We make use of a wide variety of technologies and process significantly large amounts of data on a daily basis. 

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager who can curate all internal sales processes:

You will:

  • Setup/Enhance internal sales processes (Sales CRM, lead movement amongst teams etc)

  • Manage sales metrics, identify bottle-necks and work for the resolution

  • Perform internal sales audits to improve the business health

  • Build and help to standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and an internal business review

  • Assist with onboarding new sales reps

We are looking for someone who has:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations

  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and data analytics

  • The ability to understand the strategic direction and goals of the Sales Department and support appropriate processes to facilitate achievement of business objectives

  • Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change

  • Strong attention to detail, and superior organizational skills
