We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager who can curate all internal sales processes:
Setup/Enhance internal sales processes (Sales CRM, lead movement amongst teams etc)
Manage sales metrics, identify bottle-necks and work for the resolution
Perform internal sales audits to improve the business health
Build and help to standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and an internal business review
Assist with onboarding new sales reps
We are looking for someone who has:
3+ years of experience in sales operations
Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and data analytics
The ability to understand the strategic direction and goals of the Sales Department and support appropriate processes to facilitate achievement of business objectives
Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
Strong attention to detail, and superior organizational skills
